We’re Hiring for “IT Support Officer” at Techmile Solutions

Location: Near Driving License Office, Korangi, Karachi

Salary Package: Rs. 70,000 – 80,000

Shift: 3 PM – 12 AM

Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support for hardware, software & network issues

* Troubleshoot system errors and ensure smooth IT operations

* Install, configure & maintain systems and applications

* Assist employees with IT queries and escalate complex issues

* Maintain documentation of IT support activities

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s in IT/Computer Science or related field

* 1–2 years of IT support experience preferred

* Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills

* Knowledge of networking, OS, and MS Office tools
